Terms of Service

Loalyx helps teams prepare and version pre-engagement documentation for security testing, typically Scope/SOW, LOA, and a checklist. The service may include approval workflows, audit trail, version history, and PDF export.

You are responsible for using your account securely and for inviting only people who are authorized to access the relevant workspace. The invite workflow is bound to a specific email address and should not be shared outside the intended recipient.

• ensure you are authorized to prepare and approve scope for the relevant test
• review the accuracy of form inputs before generating and sharing documents
• do not use Loalyx for unauthorized testing or misleading documentation
• do not treat generated documents as legal advice without your own review

You must not use the service in a way that violates law, degrades service availability, or attempts to bypass security controls. Loalyx may temporarily restrict or suspend access in the event of abuse, an incident, or where necessary to protect the service and other customers.

Loalyx generates working documentation based on your inputs and templates. Responsibility for final review, factual correctness, and the downstream use of documents with clients or third parties remains with the customer.

We continuously evolve the service and may change, fix, or temporarily limit parts of it for maintenance or security reasons. We aim to do so reasonably and with minimal disruption, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability in every circumstance.

Loalyx is a workflow and documentation product. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loalyx is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or harm caused by misuse, incomplete inputs, or the use of generated documents without appropriate customer review. If you have individually negotiated commercial terms, those terms apply.
